  Inspection
  Our inspection and documentation services are second-to-none. We offer comprehensive inspection reporting. First we make up a drawing of the coil on 8-1/2" x 11" paper with all the critical dimensions marked with a check next to it. We check our coil to the print and record our readings next to print dimensions. We keep a copy and send one copy with the coil to the customer. The next step is to complete the Standard Inspection Report which checks cooling flow, quench flow, coil under pressure, and critical dimensions; this report is sent ail all coils. We also keep statistical process control reports on any coil per our customers request. We have the capability to customize an inspection report to fit your needs.
