Coil Management Program

This program includes weekly visits to the plant to discuss with the engineers, maintenance & machine operators any and all coil issues, which will include monthly reports: coil usage, progress for improving coil life, tracking coil activity (to eliminate any machine down time due to lack of coil inventory). All coils will have a unique serial number assigned to them for tracking purposes. Included in this program, Tech Induction will assist in mini-training sessions to educate job setters on coil changeovers to reduce coil damage due to improper installation alignment and provide a stocking and managed inventory system for your induction coils and spare parts.
